The creation of artificial stone begins with the meticulous preparation of high-purity aluminum hydroxide powder, a critical ingredient. This powder is expertly combined with specially selected resins that meet specific performance standards, forming the foundation of the mix. Precisely calibrated pigments provide the desired color range, while a suite of additives, including curing agents and anti-aging elements, are meticulously proportioned to ensure product excellence.

The molding process employs state-of-the-art techniques. In vacuum-assisted casting, the meticulously blended material is carefully introduced into a precisely crafted mold within a vacuum environment, effectively eliminating air bubbles for a flawless finish.
