Once the raw materials are ready, they are transferred to the molding section. Here, we employ a range of modern molding techniques. For example, vacuum compression molding is widely used to create intricate shapes and patterns. The molds, made of high-strength steel or silicone, are custom-designed to meet the diverse demands of our customers. They can produce everything from sleek countertop slabs to decorative wall panels. During the molding process, the mixed raw materials are poured into the molds and subjected to controlled pressure and temperature conditions, ensuring that the final products have excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Once cured, the products move on to the finishing department. Here, highly skilled technicians use a variety of tools and techniques to give the artificial stones their final polish. Diamond grinding wheels are used to smooth the surfaces to a mirror-like finish, while sanding and buffing processes further enhance the tactile and visual appeal. In addition, any necessary edge profiling, such as beveling or rounding, is carried out to meet specific installation requirements. The finishing touches not only improve the aesthetics of the products but also ensure that they are ready for immediate use in various applications
Finally, the finished and quality-approved products are carefully packaged in protective materials to prevent any damage during transportation. We use sturdy cardboard boxes and foam inserts to safeguard the delicate surfaces of the artificial stones.
