This powder, along with specialized resins carefully selected based on the end-product's performance requisites, forms the core blend. Pigments, calibrated with pinpoint precision to attain the envisioned color spectrum, are incorporated. Concurrently, an array of additives, including but not limited to curing agents that catalyze the hardening process and anti-aging agents safeguarding long-term durability, are readied in exacting proportions.

The molding phase encompasses a variety of advanced methods. In the vacuum-assisted casting modality, the well-mixed material is delicately poured into a precisely engineered mold under vacuum conditions. This vacuum environment efficiently evacuates entrapped air bubbles, ensuring a pore-free, compact, and aesthetically pleasing surface finish. Alternatively, the compression molding approach entails placing the mixture within a mold and subjecting it to precisely calibrated high pressure.
